Personally, if you are referring to the expensive asian arowanas, then probably not as there are no records that I know of successful breeding in India. Sorry.

Please read my article on breeding that I wrote here. Just want to stress that it is not easy to breed asian arowanas as they are very fussy about the water/soil/environment they are in. They have only been bred successfully in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
